Washington, D.C. – Christopher Olsen, Managing Partner of Olsen Palmer LLC, has been invited to be a featured speaker at the 2016 Executive Management Conference, an annual meeting jointly organized by the Mississippi Bankers Association and the Tennessee Bankers Association. The Conference will be held October 9th –12th in Lake Tahoe, California.
In his speech, Mr. Olsen will discuss the landscape for community bank Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”), including bank valuation trends, deal drivers, and strategic alternatives available to community banks. He will also discuss best practices for effective M&A transactions, whether as a would-be acquirer, potential seller, merger counterparty, or an independent institution.
Mr. Olsen previously served as a featured speaker at the Executive Management Conference in 2013.
